A Division Of Discount Traffic Survival School

Arizona Department of Transportation Motor Vehicle Division (MVD) believes mandating violators to attend school will improve motorists' attitudes towards safe driving. Traffic Survival School (TSS) is required by MVD and must be attended within 60 days of the “Date Action Begins” found on the TSS letter you received or your license will be suspended.

WHO NEEDS TSS?

ANYONE WHO RECEIVED A TSS LETTER from adot mvd or its contractor (ACNSC). TSS is REQUIRED BY mvd. Failure to attend TSS results in an indefinite licence suspension until class completion.
